Can you bring a past lesson into the 21st Century and share that lesson?
Teachers all have a plethora of remarkable activities/lessons that have proven to be successful with students. Many times these lessons can be enhanced to develop a new 21st century lesson that will be even more engaging and applicable to today’s digital learner.Technology must be integrated in a constructive manner while complementing the curriculum. Don’t use technology for technology sake.
Now here is the question. “How do I do that?”
First, locate one of your existing lessons that have proven to be successful with students.
Second, decide whether you are using National Standards, State Standards or Core Curriculum Standards. Remember, you are not teaching a lesson because it is “cute.” Teachers do not have time for “cute” lessons that don’t meet the Standards.
