I have compiled a list of 15 free and simple tools for creating surveys and polls that teachers and educators can use in their work. Check it out HERE.
What other survey/poll creation tools would you recommend?
Thanks for sharing this list. There sure are a lot of free web tools out there for creating polls and surveys! My go to tool is Google Forms. All you need is a Google account to get started and you can create any number of surveys, choose different themes and post them for anyone to complete. The survey results are in spreadsheet form which is easy to download or print.
For quick polling options or for polling students in a class, I have used both Socrative and Pollmo Polls - The simplest polls on the web. Socrative allows students to answer questions from a mobile device or computer, while Pollmo is for creating simple polls to embed into your website.
I prefer www.Surveymonkey.com It is easy to use, has numerous templates and styles and presents the data in useful ways. It is also free.
Within the classroom I am using the Qwizdom buzzer system and software but I have been having trouble with the technical aspects of getting it to work properly.
