Digital Learning Day represents a set of activities across the United States that occur all year long and will culminate in a national celebration in Washington, DC and on February 6, 2013. Throughout the Digital Learning Day campaign, a wide spectrum of tools for instructional practices that effectively uses technology to strengthen a student's learning experience have been created and linked to the site below. Within this site you'll, to name a few example, you'll find step-by-step lesson plans on a variety of topics from the Wild West to neuroscience to literature to multimedia resources for ELA educators, applied math lessons for High School math teachers (i.e. one involves building a pyramid out of pennies), and Social Studies lessons on the Holocaust and Martin Luther King, Jr. Another great tab to explore within this site is the 'lesson's tab under 'learn and explore'.
